Tools for bending presses

Top Lantis has many years of experience in the sale of bending, forming, hemming and pressing tools.

Our supplier, the tool manufacturer Eurostamp, offers a wide range of these tools for clamping AMADA/PROMECAM system or WILA/TRUMPF or BYSTRONIC system.

The tools are made of C45 carbon steel, which has a hardened working surface of 55-60HRc, and is considered the best compromise between price and quality. For the tools of the TRUMPF/WILA system and for some tools of the AMADA/PROMECAM system, the material used for production is also a variant of the chrome molybdenum steel 42CrMo4, i.e. the same input material is used as for the original "Trumpf" tools.

A large machine park of planers, milling machines and grinders in lengths up to 7 m, designed for the production itself, allows our manufacturer to achieve a high quality of manufactured tools at a very reasonable price.
